Recommended Use:

1 or 2 capsules taken 3 times per day with food or as required.
Start on a low dose of only 3 caps per day for the first 3 to 4 days.
Not to be taken during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Not suitable in cases of ulcerated conditions of the stomach or colon.
Caution in clients suffering from nut intolerance or allergy should be taken with Black Walnut.
